• the perfect person will be a very well seasoned crew leader that has FIVE or more years of experience.
• the perfect person will have the ability to communicate with our pre-construction manager to identify and resolve common pitfalls of the industry.
• the perfect person will have the skills to coach and direct a work crew to get the job built correctly and within budget.
• the perfect person will appreciate a performance based compensation plan.
• the perfect person will appreciate the difference between being part of a team
  this position pays between, but not limited to, $40,000.00 and $70,000.00 per year based on the ability to produce quality work timely and effectively.
