Description:

Our orthodontic office is looking for a motivated self-starter, who is passionate about marketing and social media, to join our team as a Social Media Coordinator. This person will support the work of our marketing coordinator on managing our social media outlets and website, implementing and overseeing marketing strategies throughout the practice with the goal of increasing patient referrals, a strong focus on promoting community awareness, visiting referring doctors and maintaining relations with the doctors and their team, etc.

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for generating traffic and creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities, along with creating content for email campaigns, websites, and managing social media channels. The ideal candidate will build and execute campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and email to help expand our brand. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing a variety of Facebook ad campaigns from beginning to end, and also creating and managing our blog and vlog.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
• Submit ideas for marketing programs designed to enhance and grown the company's brand
• Ensure that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent
• Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials and advertising campaigns
• Edit and maintain social content
• Run and maintain all social media channels including scheduled posts and updates
• Website management including written and digital content, SEO development, and tracking analytics
• Monitor analytics to gather important data and identify actionable strategies and feedback

Qualifications and Skills:
• Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work in an energetic, fast paced environment
• Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Experience with social media analytics including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Insight, etc.
