Keller Williams Realty Greater Baton Rouge is seeking an Accountant to join our leadership team on a full-time basis. Candidates should have a background in Accounting and have at least 3 years of recent and relevant accounting experience in most, preferably, all of the following expected duties:
Accounting Software, (AccountEdge/Quickbooks preferred)
Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Journal Entries and account reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
Processing of payments for transactions to independent contractors
Organizing a wide variety of financial and production data, and reporting it in a way that is useful and understandable
Conducting month end close
Preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes and maintenance
Compiling budget and forecasts semi-annually
Interaction with external auditors
Compensation will be based on experience and skill set.
