Full-Time E-bike Sales Associate
eBike Baton Rouge – Baton Rouge, LA
eBike Baton Rouge is growing fast and we`re hiring a motivated full-time Sales Associate to help drive continued growth.
This is a consultative sales role with management potential — not a cashier position.
Compensation
- $22–$25/hour (based on experience)
- Commission on bike sales
- $60,000+ annual earning potential
- Five day work week
- Paid vacation
- Matching 401K
Responsibilities
- Engage walk-in customers
- Share product features and choices
- Manage test rides
- Help meet thier emobility needs
- Maintain showroom presentation
Ideal Candidate
- Sales experience preferred
- Confident communicator
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Organized and reliable
E-bike/bicycle knowledge is a plus, not required.
