Bluebonnet Family Clinic is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to serve as a vital link between our front-office and clinical operations.

This unique role combines Medical Assistant and Medical Office Specialist responsibilities to support providers, improve patient experience, and ensure efficient clinic workflow.

What We're Looking For:

• Team-oriented individual with strong attention to detail and initiative.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinic setting required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Medical Assistant program completion preferred.
• Strong skills in patient care, and accurate clinical documentation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to respond to patient needs both in-person and by phone.
• Experience in both clinical and administrative healthcare functions.
• Dependable, adaptable, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

What You Will Do:

• Perform basic patient assessments including vital signs, height, weight, and history gathering.
• Identify and communicate urgent concerns to the physician promptly.
• Respond to patient-related phone calls, assess needs, document actions, and communicate with physicians.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with clinical charge entries.
• Support data management processes and other clinic operations as needed.
• Collect payments and assist with balance collection efforts.
• Assist with quality control activities and clinic compliance initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for Medical Office Specialists and Medical Assistants with clinic workflows.
