Paradigm is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Intake Coordinator to join our Intake Operations team. You will handle phone calls, create DME and Home Health referrals for injured workers and payors, and ensure timely, high-quality referral processing with internal teams.

The role is fully remote with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM EST, focusing on exceptional customer service and accurate data management across our proprietary software.
