Gaming Surveillance SupervisorResponsibilities:Observes and reports any and all gaming violations and/or thefts of company propertyOperates monitor room equipment, including basic computer functionsParticipates in court actions relating to gaming violationsLearns and uses two card count systemLearns all games in use and all procedures and cheating indicators of such gamesWrites proper reports as needed in a timely mannerResponds to surveillance supervision and gaming control requestsResponds to requests of all other departments when necessaryMay be required to perform duties outside of normal job description where in the Company's judgment it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved customer serviceTarget Hourly Rate: 15.00 USD per HourQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of casino security preferred Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. At least one (1) + years' experience in surveillance and/or security field preferred. Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets. Individual should have basic computer and keyboarding skills and knowledge of database and spreadsheet software. Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers and guests in fast-paced environment.
