Job Description

As a Public Relations Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of communication and public relations initiatives while helping maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and key audiences.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, confident in communicating with others, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of public relations initiatives and communication projects.
• Support the preparation of written materials, presentations, reports, and internal communications.
• Help maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings, events, schedules, and communication activities as needed.
• Assist with research related to industry trends, audiences, competitors, and communication opportunities.
• Maintain organized records, contact information, project updates, and communication materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging remains clear, professional, and consistent.
• Respond to inquiries and help ensure timely communication with relevant contacts.
• Support ongoing projects and contribute ideas to improve communication and public relations efforts.
• Perform additional administrative and coordination duties related to the department.
