Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
- Serves as the administrative assistant to the APS Director and coordinates communications, inquiries, and correspondence for APS staff.
- Routes phone calls, emails, faxes, and other communications to the appropriate staff or program areas.
- Maintains and organizes contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, and other critical program records.
- Coordinates meetings, scheduling, meeting materials, and related administrative activities to support daily APS operations.
- Serves as the time and attendance coordinator and HR liaison for APS personnel, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Manages the retention, filing, and destruction of APS records in accordance with established records retention requirements.
- Processes mail distribution and provides administrative support to the OAAS Budget and Supports Division and other program operations as needed.
