Plant Quality Control Lab TechnicianWe are currently searching for a Plant Quality Control Lab Technician to join our Baton Rouge Plant talented team of employees! Quality control technicians are responsible for testing materials and finished products to ensure they conform to all applicable laws and company standards.Duties/Responsibilities:Sets up, adjusts, and operates lab equipment and instrumentsTests samples of products for conformity and standardsVisually inspects for quality controlPrepares and submits QC reportsPerforms general housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure clean and safe lab and warehouseExperience in devising and reviewing plans, documents, and specificationsAssesses daily job tasks for potential quality and safety concernsCommunicates deficiencies with the plant manager and crew and works towards a solutionParticipates in TAR meetings
