Warehouse Associate

Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70810

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Wed: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) | Overtime/Saturdays as needed
Job Summary

We are seeking an eager, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join a supportive, family-oriented industrial distributor serving the energy and construction industries in Baton Rouge. In this role, you will pull parts, organize inventory, and operate forklifts. Key Responsibilities

• Pull, organize, and stage pipe, valve, and fitting (PVF) materials for customer orders.
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse machinery to move and store heavy inventory.
• Assist with receiving, inventory placement, and general warehouse organization.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn additional hands-on fabrication and value-added services.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior warehouse experience handling Pipe, Valves, and Fittings (PVF) is strongly preferred.
• Certifications: Forklift certification, OSHA, or NCCER credentials are a plus (willingness to certify on site).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, climb stairs/ladders, and lift/carry/push/pull up to 75+ lbs.
• Work Ethic: Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and availability to work Saturdays when overtime is required.
