About The Job:Your primary responsibility isto lead by example by having above average sales performance.While you lead from the front, your second responsibility is to take other sales reps with you to show them how you adhere to the selling system and achieve above average results.Thirdly, you will shadow reps to ensure they are compliantwithour selling system and to offer them prescriptive training to improve their performance.What You Can Expect to Do:Be in the field 90% of the time and in the office 10%Runleads to help increase the overall performance of the officeTake reps with you to allow them to shadow youShadowrepsto help them stay compliant and earn a saleAssist with recruiting and maintaining staff levelsAssist with phone calls from sales repsAssist with preparing and presenting meeting contentAssist with Coaching and trainingOther tasks as assignedWhat Your Background Looks Like:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers in a calm and empathetic manner.Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.A proven track record in customer service or sales is a plus.Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.Work Environment and Physical Requirements:This job operatesin aremote work environment. This job demands a minimum of40 hours worked per week.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and converse with employees in the English language. The employeemust be able to remain in a stationary position75percent of the time, lift 50lbs of equipment and conductatticinspections.
