Provide administrative support to executive leadership to help maintain efficient day-to-day operations. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and organize travel arrangements. Support timely communication and follow-up across internal and external partners. Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Contribute to organizational priorities through effective coordination, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Essential Functions
What You Need
•Associate degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
•Minimum of three years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or related administrative position required.
•Experience supporting executive leadership required.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, required.
•Experience with Salesforce, Asana, or other customer relationship management or project management systems preferred.
•Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, required.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
•Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion required.
•Professionalism, initiative, responsiveness, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment required.
