Job Description

Encargado de Mantenimiento de Áreas Exteriores — $850+ SEMANAL with OT! Join SAVARD Personnel Group, where your skills are valued! Key requirements: Assist with general yard duties and facility upkeep. General yard cleanup and housekeeping. Pick up and properly dispose of trash and debris around the yard and facility. Empty trash cans and maintain cleanliness in common areas. Operate basic landscaping tools such as weed-eaters, blowers, and push mowers. Assist with routine maintenance tasks as assigned. Support production teams with material handling. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Willingness to work in outdoor and indoor environments in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude/Dress code. Able to complete pre-employment screenings (drug test, alcohol test, physical, safety trainings). Shifts: Monday - Friday, some weekends may be required. 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Overtime opportunity. Duration: Permanent.
