Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety & Sanitation Certification preferred (training and certification classes available for qualified candidates).
• Ability to follow food safety procedures, inventory processes, and receiving protocols.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, food service, retail grocery, or a related environment.
• Experience handling product deliveries, inventory management, and stock rotation preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, organization, and accuracy.

Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products and deliveries throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer, storage, and receiving areas as needed.
• Capable of safely moving and organizing inventory while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

Job Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries for accuracy, quality, and condition.
• Manage cooler, freezer, and storage areas to maintain organization and product integrity.
• Perform product identification, labeling, dating, and inventory tracking according to company standards.
• Ensure proper product rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
• Monitor ingredient quality and food safety standards to support daily operations.
• Consolidate inventory and maintain accurate stock levels throughout the facility.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support efficient operations in the new BT Market.

Full-time position with 40+ hours per week, early morning shifts available, and competitive compensation.
