Job Details

As a Store Front Clerk, you will be the first point ofcontact for customers and a key support partner to our inside sales, rental,and administrative teams. You'll help ensure a smooth, professional, andpositive customer experience from drop-off through invoicing support.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Checking equipment status and providing updates to customers
• Sharing pricing information for calibration and related services
• Coordinating customer equipment drop-offs and pickups
• Maintaining accurate logs and customer records
• Managing rental returns and processing credit card payments
• Assisting new customers with account setup and documentation
• Supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including:
  • Assisting with invoice questions and customer inquiries
  • Collecting and applying payments as needed
  • Coordinating with the finance team on billing or payment discrepancies
• Disinfecting, labeling, and preparing incoming equipment
• Supporting general front-office and administrative tasks as needed
