Job SummaryTo ensure that the finished product leaving the company meets the requirements of the customer as defined by the customer's purchase order, scope of work, or special instructions. The Production Coordinator I will perform administrative functions pertaining to the operation of the company and the safety of company personnel.Job SummaryTo ensure that the finished product leaving the company meets the requirements of the customer as defined by the customer's purchase order, scope of work, or special instructions. The Production Coordinator I will perform administrative functions pertaining to the operation of the company and the safety of company personnel.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesData entry for service work and engineered product with attention to detail and timely executionCoordinate field service ensuring that technicians assigned have proper credentials to enter customer sites, including scheduling Safety Council trainingInput purchase orders for materials required to complete orders and issue POs to vendorsRoutinely communicate with vendors to monitor delivery datesCommunicate with the customer any unforeseen delays or issues with the field service orderConfirm terms & conditions on the customer's PO matches the sales order to ensure accurate billingRelease appropriate lines for invoicing and attach proof of delivery to sales orderProcess invoices and distribute them via mail, email, or customer portalEnter Field Service Report hours into ADP dailyEnter hours onto Field Service Man Hour Tracking SpreadsheetApprove time for all technicians and temps on ADP for each pay periodUpdate Contract Labor report weekly and send to corporatePerform other administrative duties as requiredPositional Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Experience:HS Education or GED equivalentSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts receivable principlesSkills & Abilities:Successful completion of Channel Connect Valve University 1, 2, and 3 for assigned product vertical(s)Successful completion of shop orientation hours for assigned product vertical(s)Demonstrate understanding and compliance with all applicable quality standardization proceduresSuccessful completion of Technical 101 training for assigned product vertical(s)Successful completion of the Customer Service Soft Skills training classSuccessful completion of the Production Coordinator I learning path in LinkedIn LearningSuccessful completion of the level I written test for assigned product vertical(s)Oracle competencyEffective time-managementDetail-orientedSelf-MotivatedHighly organizedMust be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to company driving guidelinesClear background check and drug/alcohol screeningEssential Physical FunctionsTravel: less than 5%Lifting up to 20 poundsBending, stooping, walking#J-18808-Ljbffr
