Our company is focused on employee growth and development, providing exceptional customer service and being passionate about what we do!Position SummaryThe Inventory Auditor is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across the distribution center through disciplined cycle counts, prompt research and resolution of discrepancies, and reconciliation of physical inventory to the system of record. This role partners closely with DC and store leadership to identify and resolve inventory issues quickly, ensuring inventory integrity that supports on-time delivery, accurate financial reporting, and a strong guest experience.Job DutiesCycle Count Execution — Use the scanner program to perform daily cycle counts in accordance with the published inventory schedule. Submit counts on time, every day, and ensure 100% completion of the assigned count cadenceDiscrepancy Research — Research inventory discrepancies identified through cycle counts, exception reports, and operational alerts. Trace transactions, review system history, and physically verify product to determine root causeException Reconciliation — Reconcile exceptions to ensure system inventory matches physical inventory. Process adjustments accurately and within published timeframes, and document the rationale for each correctionLocate Misplaced Merchandise — Physically locate merchandise that is not in its assigned location. Move product back to the correct bin or staging area and update the system to reflect accurate location dataInventory Issue Resolution — Identify inventory problems and act quickly to resolve them at the source.
