The University of Louisiana System Board Office has a vacancy. The University of Louisiana System is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to serve as Board Relations Coordinator. This role supports the UL System's Board of Supervisors and the Vice President of Student Affairs and Board Relations by coordinating Board activities, events, and key administrative projects.
The Coordinator manages logistics, communications, and materials for Board and Systemwide events; provides executive and administrative support; assists with Board meeting preparation; and helps draft documents and track projects. Strong organization, communication skills, and sound judgment are essential. This position will be reporting to the Vice President of Student Affairs and Board Relations.
