Proposal CoordinatorThe Proposal Coordinator supports production of high-quality, compliant responses to solicitations issued by federal, state, and local entities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The position is office‑based and requires effective collaboration with team members located across multiple offices. Day‑to‑day direction, check‑ins, and coordination with the Manager will occur primarily through virtual communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, email, phone).
