Administrative Assistant

Redan LLC is looking for an Administrative Assistant to be part of a growing team supporting the federal sector.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative, scheduling, records-management, travel, and operational support in a fast-paced professional environment. You will maintain accurate records, coordinate meetings and schedules, prepare documents, process administrative paperwork, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing sensitive information and multiple deadlines. This position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with professionals at all organizational levels.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Administrative Assistant at Redan, you will:

  • Maintain calendars, schedules, appointments, and important deadlines.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, travel, and other logistical arrangements.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain information and provide updates.
  • Prepare, review, process, scan, and file administrative documents.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Develop and update spreadsheets, databases, calendars, and tracking tools.
  • Monitor the status of assignments and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Assist with processing of travel, reimbursement, purchasing, or other financial documentation.
  • Review supporting documentation and help resolve administrative discrepancies.
    • Establish and maintain working files containing correspondence, reports, and related records.
    • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, tables, charts, and other business materials.
    • Review documents for formatting, accuracy, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
    • Support staff with scheduling, document preparation, records management, and general office coordination.
    • Handle confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable information appropriately.
    • Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

    Profile of Success

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with databases, electronic records systems, and PDF software.
    • Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.

      • ts and meet established deadlines.
      • Ability to interact professionally and tactfully with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

      Required

      • Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, office
        • -support, or related role.
        • Ability to work full-time in a professional office environment.
        • Ability to meet applicable federal background-screening and personnel-security requirements.
        • Ability to comply with confidentiality, information-security, and nondisclosure requirements.
        • Ability to work occasional extended hours or travel when authorized and required.
        • Professional conduct and the ability to maintain a dependable work schedule.
        • Must have lived in the United States for at least three of the previous five years, unless qualifying through permitted federal or military overseas service or an authorized waiver.
