The mission of Pinecrest Supports and Services Center is to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach treatment goals and to return to more integrated community living settings. Pinecrest Supports and Services Center specializes in the treatment of people with comorbid intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical, behavioral, and psychiatric support needs.
Pinecrest Supports & Services Center (PSSC) is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator 1 - 2- 3 to join our dynamic team.

Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties:
- Operate a multi-line switchboard; answer, route, and document routine and emergency calls.
- Receive and record employee absences, emergency responses, and required notifications in logs and reports.
- Monitor fire alarm systems and severe weather conditions; verify alarms, notify emergency services, and communicate safety alerts.
- Coordinate communication with drivers, security, maintenance, nursing, and on-call staff as needed.
- Track vehicle trips, issue cell phones for transportation and medical appointments, and maintain related records.
- Serve as the central information point for visitors, vendors, officials, and emergency personnel; arrange security escorts when required.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing meeting spaces, managing supplies, maintaining overtime records, and assisting supervisors.
Position-Specific Details:
Location: Pinecrest Supports and Services Center - Payroll
Work Shift: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Pass Days: Saturday & Sunday
Appointment Type: This position may be filled by probation, promotion, demotion, lateral transfer, detail to special duty, or job appointment. Preference may be given to employees of Pinecrest Supports and Services Center.
Career Progression: This position may be filled as an Administrative Coordinator 1, 2, or 3.
Compensation: Depends on Qualifications
- ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR 1: $10.50 - $18.00
- ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR 2: $12.03 - $20.61
- ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR 3: $13.77 - $23.59
This position may receive shift differential, longevity pay, and premium pay.
