Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesPatrol property, inside and out during all shiftsCheck doors and stairwells to make sure they are secureRespond to complaints and calls for helpPurchase, maintain and monitor security cameras and alarm systemsEscort unruly patrons and loiters from the propertyAssist with securing taxi for inebriated guestsFill out report at end of shiftPerform various other duties as assignedEducation And ExperienceMinimum of two (2) years in Security roleMinimum of High School education; post‑high school education preferred; Peace Officer training preferredKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesExcellent observational skills and attention to detailAuthoritative verbal communication skillsAbility to remain calm in high‑pressure situationsAbility to learn the layout of the property and buildingsThe hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
