Ross Stores - 6857 Siegen Lane - Responsibilities: Maintain a visible security presence at store entrances and on the sales floor to deter theft.; Monitor entrances/exits and identify suspicious behavior in collaboration with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.; Greet customers and associates with courtesy and professionalism while enforcing safety and security protocols.; Educate and train store staff on shortage reduction initiatives and safety procedures.; Support Loss Prevention initiatives and adhere to Company policies and procedures.
