Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access when required, and help to deter unauthorized access within a fast-paced technology-focused location; Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining post records, and assisting with security-related requests in alignment with client site expectations and Allied Universal standards
