We're looking for an Entry-Level Supply Chain & Inventory Specialist to join our Inventory Management team.This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in supply chain, logistics, operations, inventory management, or manufacturing. Join us on our mission to deliver the very best of outdoor living.What You'll DoInventory Accuracy & System ManagementReview and validate daily inventory transactions across multiple systems.Monitor inventory records and identify discrepancies, missing transactions, or data issues.Support inventory transfers, adjustments, and inventory movements between locations.Help ensure inventory systems accurately reflect operational activity.Investigate & Resolve Inventory IssuesResearch receiving discrepancies such as shortages, overages, damages, and incorrect shipments.Follow established procedures to determine appropriate resolutions.Document findings, actions taken, and outcomes.Escalate complex or non‑routine issues when necessary.Support Inventory Counts & AuditsAssist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.Research inventory variances and support reconciliation efforts.Maintain documentation needed for inventory reporting and audits.Logistics & Cross-Functional SupportCoordinate shipment information with third‑party logistics (3PL) partners.Support inventory and order requests across multiple locations.Collaborate with Warehouse, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, and Distribution teams to resolve inventory‑related issues.Process Improvement & Special ProjectsSupport inventory clean‑up initiatives and system updates.Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.Participate in special projects and continuous improvement efforts.Why Join Us?Hybrid work environmentCareer development opportunities within Supply Chain and OperationsExposure to inventory management, logistics, distribution, and manufacturing processesHands‑on experience with inventory and business systemsCollaborative team environment with training and supportOpportunity to build highly transferable skills in operations, analytics, and problem‑solvingWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyOrganized and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesCurious, analytical, and motivated to solve problemsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyComfortable working independently while contributing to a team environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Relevant internships, coursework, warehouse experience, manufacturing experience, retail operations experience, military logistics experience, or other transferable experience may be considered in lieu of direct inventory experience.Experience with ERP, WMS, inventory management systems, or business software is a plus but not required.If you're looking for an opportunity to start and grow a career in supply chain and operations, we'd love to hear from you.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
