Project ManagerInterview Mode: Web CamDuration: 24+ months contractLocation: Baton Rouge, LAThe scope of the proposed services will include the following:Lead integration activities between agencies and third-parties with the OTS Enterprise Architecture environmentProvide quality assurance reviews as requested by managementProvide assistance to management with budgeting and development and refinement of cost allocation for all EA lines of service.Assist OTS customer agencies with development of federal and state financial reporting.Provide subject matter expertise on applicable agency systems and technologies.Assist OTS in the evaluation of new technologies.Lead or assist OTS in the review of technical documentation.Other duties as assigned by the executive team.Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:Applicant must have a minimum of five (5) years experience with the OTS Enterprise Architecture environment.Applicant must have a minimum of twenty (20) years experience with technologies used within the State of Louisiana systems.Applicant must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years project management experience.Applicant must have prior experience with large-scale state Enterprise Architecture systems serving multiple governmental agencies.Applicant must have experience with rate setting, cost allocation and invoicing.Applicant must have experience with determining and establishing line of service costs.Applicant must have experience with health and human services applications such as those used for the Medicaid, SNAP/TANF, Child Welfare, Child Support and Child Care Licensing programs.Applicant must have experience drafting Advanced Planning Documents, Advanced Planning Document Updates, Implementation Advanced Planning Documents and allocation Plans.Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:Applicant should have experience administering and managing large volume projects.Applicant should have experience managing task orders.Applicant should have at least six (6) years experience performing these duties in large scale Enterprise Architecture environmentsApplicant should have experience drafting Request for Proposals.Applicant should have experience with Java and.net development.Applicant should have subject matter expertise with the following EA components and technologies:Nutanix/Dell - Hyper-converged computing with compute, storage and virtualization consolidated into a single applianceDell - Hyper-converged computing with compute, storage and virtualization consolidated into a single applianceVMware ESXiVMware vCenterVMware NSXVMware SRMMicrosoft Windows ServerRedHat Enterprise LinuxMicrosoft MS SQL Server 2014Nagios - Infrastructure monitoring/alertingNewRelic APM - Application performance monitoringNewRelic Infrastructure - Infrastructure MonitoringNewRelic Browser - Browser performance monitoring and analyticsOctopus - Continuous Deployment and DeliveryPuppet - DevOps/AutomationSplunk - Operational IntelligenceVeracode - Static Code AnalysisIBM Decision Center, Decision Server - Business Rules Engine (BRE)Opentext Exstream - Client Communications, Correspondence Generation (CC)Hitachi Data Systems Pentaho - Data warehouse and Analytics (DWH)IBM Case Foundation, Content Manager, Enterprise Records Foundation - Electronic Document Management (EDMS)IBM webMethods - Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)Broadcom API Gateway - Enterprise API GatewayBroadcom Identity Manager for Consumers and Business Users, Identity Suite, Single Sign On - Security integration product; includes access management, directory services integration capability, and identity management (IAM/SSO)IBM InfoSphere - Master Data Management suite (MDM)#J-18808-Ljbffr
