# Driving Range Assistant at GolfSuites**GolfSuites Baton Rouge** is seeking a energetic and dependable **part-time** **Driving Range Assistants** to help keep our outdoor bays safe, clean, and operating smoothly while delivering a great guest experience. This is a hands-on, active role ideal for team players who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. The Driving Range Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the driving range by maintaining a clean, safe, and fully operational environment. This role involves outdoor work, physical activity, guest interaction, and general maintenance to ensure an excellent experience for all guests.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**Set up, maintain, and break down driving range baysRetrieve, wash, and manage golf balls using range equipmentAssist with basic golf club repair and upkeepPerform janitorial duties, including cleaning range areas and common spacesAssist with venue maintenance tasks as directed by managementMaintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all range areasMonitor range activity and ensure safety procedures are followedProvide friendly assistance to guests and answer basic questionsSupport other operational duties as assigned**Qualifications & Requirements*** **Friday-Sunday availability required*** Clean driving record* Display energy and enthusiasm* Demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and organization skills* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Ability to work on and as a team* Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods* Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods including maneuvering up and down stairs* Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location* Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.* Ability to stoop and bend***Pay: $12.00/hr****GolfSuites LLC is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
