Our client is searching for a motivated, organized, and energetic SUPERSTAR Administrative Assistant to join their team.
In this role, you'll provide important day-to-day administrative support while also helping manage and support the organization's new and existing memberships. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with leadership and staff, assist with meaningful member initiatives, and play an important role in keeping the organization running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Utilize Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to perform a variety of administrative functions
• Assist other offices with membership questions and concerns
• Process and approve member authorizations
• Draft professional correspondence and communications as directed by management
• Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, flowcharts, and other business documentation
• Provide clerical and administrative support to staff members
• Maintain calendars and assist with scheduling for the management team
• Assist coordinators with preparing learning workshops and events for members
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
2-4 years of administrative experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and a commitment to providing superior customer service
