What you'll be doing:

• Provide warm, professional service to physicians and medical staff
• Maintain a clean, upscale, and fully stocked lounge environment
• Serve light meals, snacks, and beverages with attention to dietary needs
• Collaborate with culinary and facility teams to ensure seamless operations
• Anticipate needs and uphold the highest standards of discretion and service

What we're looking for:

• Experience in luxury hospitality, executive dining, or concierge services
• Polished communication skills and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
