GENERAL LABORERS
Automation Personnel Services is seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers for special project assignments with a company in Baton Rouge, LA. General Laborers Duties and Responsibilities
• Safely lift, carry, load, and unload furniture, equipment, boxes, and other household or commercial items.
• Operate moving equipment, including dollies, straps, pads, and ramps, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist with the disassembly and reassembly of furniture and equipment as needed.
• Properly wrap, pack, and protect items to prevent damage during transport and handling.
• Provide professional customer service by addressing concerns respectfully and communicating issues to the Crew Leader.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain proper lifting techniques throughout each assignment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

General Laborers Qualifications and Requirements
• Must wear the required company uniform and steel-toe boots.
• Ability to safely lift and move 75–100 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout the workday.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to work extended hours, climb stairs, and handle heavy or bulky items.
• Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record are required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, professional, and dependable work environment.
• Must wear the required company uniform and steel-toe boots.
