DescriptionThe NeuroMedical Center is seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Application Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. In this critical role, you will help drive improvements in clinical workflows by supporting, optimizing, and implementing healthcare information systems. You'll work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure systems are effectively utilized and aligned with our mission to deliver high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities: Implement and support Electronic Health Records (EHR) systemsCollaborate with healthcare providers to enhance and optimize clinical workflowsCoordinate and deliver Quality Program training and IT workflow improvementsAssist patients with access to the patient portalProvide training and support for clinical and non-clinical users on IT systems and applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve clinical system issuesEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and standardsDevelop and maintain clinical documentation, procedures, and protocolsAct as a liaison between clinical staff and the IT departmentEvaluate emerging technologies to improve organizational efficiencyMaintain proper documentation in line with IT policies and proceduresRequirementsEducation:Associate's or Bachelor's degree required (preferred fields: Nursing, Computer Information Systems, or other clinical fields)Experience:Minimum 4 years of experience in a healthcare environmentExperience with EHR systems requiredSkills & Competencies:Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standardsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity toolsWillingness to collaborate and contribute to team success#J-18808-Ljbffr
