[AR Specialist / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $28.88-hr + Bonus-Commission eligible - As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will: oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and reconciliations; monitor and analyze AR aging reports to identify and resolve delinquent accounts; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies; develop and implement collection strategies and procedures to reduce outstanding balances; conduct credit reviews and make recommendations for credit lines; provide guidance and mentorship to junior AR staff; stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to accounts receivable.
