Viva Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Provide direct care to residents and contribute to continuity of care by reporting changes in residents' condition to the Resident Care Director; Assist residents with lifts, moves, and transports using proper body mechanics or lifting devices; Respond to inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff promptly and courteously; Be knowledgeable of individualized care plans and support residents according to their care plans; Promote a homelike environment and uphold residents' rights and safety protocols
