Twin Peaks - - Responsibilities: Direct the work of other store employees to create and maintain a profitable store environment with best-in-class service, hospitality, and food and beverage.; Drive sales through operations, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts.; Hold kitchen staff to standards of safety, sanitation, and quality.; Proactively recruit and cast Twin Peaks Girls in accordance with audition guidelines.; Coach, mentor, and develop team members including kitchen staff and Twin Peaks Girls.
