Typical Role: Marine Outboard Mechanic / Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing, service, and repair outboard engines (Yamaha and Mercury).
• Perform routine maintenance checks (oil, filters, gear cases, etc.).
• New outboard engine installations.
• Maintain accurate repair records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a marine technician or outboard mechanic.
• Certification (preferred) in Mercury and/or Yamaha outboards.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday in Addis, LA.

Compensation:

• $27-$40 an hour start out pay, depending on skill and qualifications.
