What You'll Own Full-cycle project involvement—from concept through construction and closeoutGrading, drainage, sewer, and geometrics designPermitting, zoning coordination, and agency approvalsEngineering reports (drainage studies, site selection, preliminary reports)Hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and stormwater analysisCost estimates, bid support, and contractor coordinationConstruction-phase activities (RFIs, submittals, problem-solving in real time)Client interaction, public meetings, and project presentations????
