Job Title: Marine Service & Installation Technician

Cajun Outboards is looking for a motivated and dependable Marine Service & Installation Technician to join our team. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience working on boats and marine accessories.

Responsibilities

• Rig new and used boats
• Install electronics, trolling motors, PowerPoles, jack plates, lighting, and accessories
• Perform general boat service and maintenance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot marine systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Marine rigging or mechanical experience preferred
• Knowledge of marine electronics and wiring is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license preferred
