Job Details

This position would report to the Maintenance Superintendent of the Sheet Metal Shop which is part of the Facility Maintenance Department. This position is a classified position and would be responsible for roof maintenance; clean and minor repairs of roofs, gutters, downspouts and drains. This position can also be assigned to work on carpentry and maintenance projects as needed. This position also has the added responsibility of working with and directing Maintenance Repairer 1 positions (if needed). The understanding and safe operation of large man-lift equipment is also required for this job. Job Responsibilities:30% - Check buildings for rain leaks. Cleans and makes minor repairs to roofs.
