Surgical Technology faculty are responsible for conducting assigned formal classroom teaching, consistent with curriculum design and content outcomes, to include didactic, laboratory, and clinic instruction. Collaboratively develop course outlines and clinical experiences to implement the curriculum design, evaluating student performance in lecture, laboratory, and clinical courses and providing timely feedback, as well as providing any necessary remediation. Academic advising of students, degree transcript tracking, tracking student progress, and retention of students. Review and analysis of program data and outcomes, student learning outcomes, and retention in accordance with the University's policies and procedures.
