The Online Recruitment Coordinator Team Manager is responsible for leading and supporting a team of Enrollment Coordinators who serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current students within the LSU Online family of institutions. The Manager ensures the team meets productivity, engagement, and referral goals through proactive leadership, coaching, and performance management. This position promotes operational excellence by optimizing systems and workflows, ensuring accurate data management, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role works closely with Recruitment and Retention leadership, Marketing, IT, and Data & Analytics to strengthen student engagement, streamline communication processes, and enhance technology integrations across Salesforce Education Cloud and Five 9.
