The Associate Learning Experience Designer applies pedagogical knowledge in order to design and develop multiple online courses. This position partners closely with faculty and works as a critical team member, aligned to a cohesive vision for flexible, creative and high-quality learning experiences. The Associate LXD fuses instructional design skills with course building and basic user interface skill sets in order to create a user-friendly, contemporary and engaging learning experience online. Job Responsibilities:Design Work: Designs and develops online courses using contemporary development tools. Applies standards for course design and development within the course template. Utilize tools for course design and development and adhere to style guides and quality standards for unified and consistent learning experiences.
