Reports to Facility Maintenance Manager B and assists In all aspects cl cleaning and maintaining quality standards. Prepares and assigns work schedules for subordinate employees through subordinate Supervisors B's and Supervisor A's. Maintains accurate personnel records on all work crews. Meets with Building Coordinators to get feedback on the quality cl service provided by the crews. Must be flexible and have the ability to multitask when necessary. Performs all related duties necessary to provide personal services to the customer of Facility Services/ Building Services. Responsible for over 20 buildings across campus with various square footage. Job Duties:35%- Manages and directs building cleaning services, special events, special projects, floor maintenance and pest control for custodial personnel.
