This position oversees the full lifecycle of contracts and cooperative endeavor agreements supporting funding to ten Local Governing Entities (LG - Es), ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. The incumbent serves as a key liaison with internal and external partners, including LDH Legal, the Office of Management and Finance, and the Office of State Procurement, and plays a critical role in monitoring expenditures, initiatives, and outcomes.
