Cleans lobbies, bathrooms, hallways, meeting rooms, billiards area, and administrative area of the union by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and polishing. Mixes or blends cleaning solutions to proper concentrations as necessary - 30%Responsible for set-ups and break downs associated with daily events in meeting rooms, lobbies, ballrooms, and exterior grounds - 25%Cleans, strips, waxes and polishes floors using industrial size mops and commercial type floor machines. Fills commercial floor machines with cleaning solutions of proper concentration, empties unused solution into appropriate container - 20%Cleans floor machines and checks and recharges batteries. Washes, rinses and dries industrial size wet mops, dust mops, and commercial floor pads.
