Job Details

Directs the Project Engineers, Project Managers, and supporting technical staff in making the Geismar Plant more profitable by implementing capital projects from design to completion which improve, modify or replace equipment and facilities. Position involves management of outside engineering firms, contractors, etc. who are engaged in project activity. Responsible for oversight of project development, design, cost control, scheduling and execution. Promotes and actively participates in KPA and "SPEAR" Behavioral Safety Processes as well as Environmental Stewardship activities. Supports area team members and the Area Managers to accomplish plant objectives in the key areas of Safety, Environmental, Quality, Reliability, Production, Efficiency, Cost Reduction, and Innovation.
