professional to lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, people operations and to actively support and strengthen our company culture.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting & Hiring

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field and office positions

• Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs

• Post job openings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support hiring

decisions

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Onboarding & Training

• Lead new-hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience

• Coordinate training programs, certifications, and ongoing employee development

• Ensure new employees understand company expectations, values, and safety

standards

People Operations

• Assist with employee relations, performance support, and general HR needs

• Maintain employee records and support compliance with applicable employment

requirements

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers

Company Culture

• Help shape, promote, and protect Stuart & Company's culture

• Plan and support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition

• Actively reinforce company values across all levels of the organization

Qualifications

• Ability to lean into technology to fulfil the role

• Experience supporting a team of 50 or more employees

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (people genuinely enjoy talking to

you)

• Experience in recruiting, HR, or people operations (construction industry

experience is a plus, not required)

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Professional, approachable, and trustworthy

• Comfortable working with both field and office teams
