The Career Success Coordinator develops, supports, and delivers comprehensive career readiness programming for students at River Parishes Community College. This position plays a key role in coordinating work-based learning (WBL) opportunities, facilitating job placement services, developing student career readiness skills, engaging employer and community partners, and maintaining essential career-related data and reporting systems. The Coordinator ensures students have access to high-quality, student-centered career development resources and programming across the college. Minimum Qualifications Required: - Associates degree Bachelors degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. - At least one year of experience working in a student services/support role or at an education institution with student services/support responsibilities.
