As a Personal Logistics & Planning Expert, you'll build long‑horizon planning tasks that mirror the work you already do, each paired with a deterministic rubric that grades agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Tasks need to have checkable answers; no open‑ended essays, no subjective judgment calls.Expect to build scenarios across:Travel: multi‑stop trips against budget, calendar, and travel‑time constraints, all checkableHousehold logistics: contractor shortlists filtered against defined criteria, move checklists against a required‑task listEvent planning: multi‑party coordination against availability and location constraintsWho we're looking for3+ years in travel planning, concierge work, executive support, or project managementExpertise in one or more of the following: complex travel planning (OTAs and direct bookings), contractor shortlisting and vetting, household move coordination, multi‑party event planningComfortable reading and producing logistics artifacts: itineraries, contractor shortlists, move checklists, comparison tablesClear written communication; can articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubricsLocated in the United States or CanadaCompensationCompensation $55–$70 / hr depending on domain depth and prior experience.
