Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while reporting observations and activity according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout exhibit areas, lobbies, entrances, event spaces, and the exterior perimeter, noting unusual conditions and helping to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directing foot traffic during programs and events, and/or support orderly entry and exit procedures for guests and staff; Observe the location for maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
